On her 88th birthday, she finally made it happen thanks to The Chartwell Foundation! Monique floated through the air in a majestic balloon, taking part in the awe-inspiring experience.
For Monique, this experience was the culmination of a lifetime of selflessness— a moment of wonder just for her. "What I feel is beyond words; it’s so strong", she said.
