Royal Canadian Air Force Veteran Gordon kept the world safe as a fighter pilot staring down Soviet planes during the Cold War. At 84, he returned to the sky to add one more military plane flight to his logbook of 4,000 hours airborne.
“It was the best 25 minutes of my last 10 years,” Gordon said. “The emotions I’m feeling today are of accomplishing a dream.”
